Transfer Between Warehouses (10-30) Series Tracking
In the Netsis ERP application, to perform the Transfer of a raw material with Serial Tracking in Dynamic Warehouse structure over the Raw Material Warehouse (10) to the Production Warehouse (30).
First of all , "Transfer Between Warehouses" is opened on LOGISTIC-SALES \ INVOICE \ REGISTRATION module.
The fields previously defined in the ADDITIONAL AREAS section on the "TOP INFORMATION " screen are filled in accordance with the desired qualifications.
Subsequently, you can switch to the "PEN INFORMATION " tab with the TAB key on the keyboard.
On the ITEM INFORMATION page, the CODE information defined on Netsis for the raw material to be transferred is entered. D.KOD field which stores the information to do OUT raw materials, which will store information of the raw material to make INTRODUCTION G.KOD field is entered. Move forward with the TAB key on the keyboard, enter the QUANTITY and press the TAB key.
Since the serial tracking of the raw material is turned on, the SERIAL FOLLOW-UP screen is displayed automatically by the system.
Serial Number and Amount of the raw material are entered on the Series Tracking screen and the ENTER key is pressed.
These transactions are finally made, the raw material that we will transfer will be on the list as can be seen on the screen below.
Then, access to the TOTALS tab.
The process is terminated by clicking the OK button on the screen that appears.
